If ALL THINGS are going to be new, that means each of us, will need to be made new. That means each of us will need to change.
This month, we celebrated our nation's independence. We celebrated living in a country that protects our inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. But this freedom to pursue happiness doesn't guarantee anything. How can we successfully achieve happiness?

This month, we prayed a state-wide novena to Our Lady of Fatima. Right now, we are praying a Diocesan-wide novena to the Holy Spirit. Why all these novenas and what do they have in common?
As we continue through this journey, it is tempting to focus on the negative.  These are real issues and we don’t need to pretend they don’t exist.  We can acknowledge our pain and suffering.  But, let us not get too bogged down in this, that we fail to recognize the blessings God is at this moment pouring upon us

Right now, we are all feeling the stress of isolation, uncertainty, and the loss of control that comes as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the social distancing regulations put in place to keep us all out of harm’s way.
